Winqroo provides a secure messaging system Winqroo is not responsible for messages exchanged outside the platform Offensive or inappropriate behavior can lead to account suspension

You own your content and social media posts Winqroo does not claim ownership of your intellectual property

Winqroo is not liable for agreements made outside the platform Current version does not handle payments; brands and creators must manage financial transactions independently

We may suspend or delete accounts if: • You violate these terms • You use Winqroo for fraudulent or malicious purposes

We collect the following data when you use Winqroo: Account Information: • Full name • Email address • Encrypted password • Profile photo, bio, and optional contact details Brand Information (for brand accounts): • Company name • Brand logo • Industry/niche details • Campaign preferences Creator Information (for creator accounts): • Connected social media handles (Instagram, YouTube) • Audience size (followers, subscribers) • Engagement metrics (likes, comments, reach) • Content categories/niche Messages: • Direct messages exchanged between brands and creators on Winqroo (for platform functionality and dispute resolution)

• To connect brands and creators based on niche, audience, and engagement metrics • To enable messaging and collaboration between both parties • To analyze and improve platform performance • To send you notifications and updates about campaigns or new features

• We never sell or rent your personal information • We do not post on your social media accounts • We do not share analytics data with third parties without your consent

When you link your Instagram or YouTube account, we use APIs provided by Meta and YouTube to access read-only data, such as: • Follower count, engagement rate, content performance We never request posting permissions You can revoke access anytime via your social account settings

• All data is stored on secure, encrypted servers • Passwords are hashed using industry-standard encryption • SSL encryption for all platform communications
